This beginner-friendly class is perfect for strengthening the pelvic floor and improving posture. It focuses on core stability, promoting postural alignment, and enhancing flexibility and balance. You’ll also work on breathing techniques to improve overall body awareness. These exercises are also easy to perform at home with minimal equipment.
Note: Not suitable for pregnant women or those with specific spinal conditions.

With space limited to just six participants, this intimate class provides personalized attention to maximize your results.
