Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise and body conditioning that develops the body uniformly, using a set program of non-impact strengthening and stretching exercises designed specifically for your needs using a reformer, mat or chair. It involves precise moves in a specific order combined with breathing techniques. It is a form of exercise rehabilitation that focuses on strengthening muscles with an emphasis on connecting to breath.
