Experience a more dynamic version of Yin Yoga. The goal is to introduce and guide movement to mobilize the joints and provide tools and motivation to inspire a daily mobility routine. Classes start with mobilization of the joints before settling into long holds. This program is for anyone who would like to increase range in their hips, shoulders, and torso. These body systems are constantly under stress and require regular movement and maintenance to stay agile and injury-free. The postures in this practice are a healthy counter to sitting and computer work. Ideal for countering the effects of prolonged sitting.
